A proud Canadian periodontist, Dr. Katy Chahine was born in Syria and is the oldest of three siblings. Dr. Chahine completed her DDS at the University of Western Ontario in 2005. After her completion, Dr. Chahine received her MSc and Certificate in Periodontology at the University of Detroit Mercy in 2008 and subsequently attained her Fellowship in the Royal College of Dentists of Canada as well as her Diploma in the American Board of Periodontology.
Dr. Chahine brings over 6 years of clinical experience and is a part-time clinical assistant professor in the Periodontology department at the University of Detroit Mercy. She is outgoing, pleasant and combines her knowledge and experience to deliver quality, compassionate service to patients.
